The Samal Island City College (SICC) Library Webpage, known as SICC eLibrary, is the College’s online library and information resource portal. It serves as a virtual extension of the SICC Library and Information Center, providing students, faculty, staff, and other users with convenient access to library resources and services beyond the physical library.
The library webpage was created to promote and provide access to electronic resources, online databases, e-books, e-journals, open educational resources, research tools, and other digital learning materials that support teaching, learning, research, and academic activities.
Main features of the SICC eLibrary:
